Dolly Parton and American Greetings announce their latest collaboration, A Holly Dolly Christmas Collection, just in time for the holidays. Spurred by the success of Dolly's initial Everyday Card collection and her SmashUp "Birthday Time" e-card, these holiday cards in collaboration with the global superstar will bring more joy, hope, love and laughter to families around the world. Dolly said,

Earlier this year American Greetings announced a multi-year partnership with Dolly that includes digital and physical products integrating the legendary singer-songwriter's music in unique ways. "Birthday Time," Parton's SmashUp initial digital ecard offering, has been sent more than 500,000 times since its launch six months ago.

American Greetings and Walmart launch the Dolly Parton Greeting Cards Collection

American Greetings and global superstar Dolly Parton have partnered to spread joy and bring magic to the world through the launch of an exclusive multi-year license for greeting cards.

"Cards are still a great way to connect because they're more personal," said Parton. "These days everything is all social media — but don't you just love going to the mailbox, getting a card that has your name on it, opening it up and it says something special? It touches your heart, and hopefully my cards will always touch your heart."

Available now and exclusively at Walmart and walmart.com, the Dolly Parton Greeting Card Collection includes 20 cards designed specifically to capture the unique warmth and personality of Parton, epitomized by the tagline "Cards with heart, humor and hope."

Today, American Greetings announces a multi-year partnership with Dolly Parton that includes digital and physical products integrating the legendary singer-songwriter’s music in unique ways. Additionally, cards featuring her now-classic “Dolly-isms” will roll out in the coming months. Dolly Parton’s birthday is this weekend and the team at American Greetings will be giving fans across the world birthday surprises for years to come. The inaugural Parton product offering, a birthday audio & video “SmashUp” e-card, will take inspiration from Parton’s hit song “9 to 5”.
