A new season of Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction thunders into Branson on February 20, 2015

Billed as "The World’s Most Visited Dinner Attraction," Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede in Branson, MO, features 32 magnificent horses, a stampede of buffalo, a Rumble in the Treetops lumberjack relay and a family-friendly rivalry between the North and South. To top it off, you will enjoy a fabulous four-course feast! The Dixie Stampede family feast includes a whole rotisserie chicken, hickory smoked barbecued pork loin, our Original Creamy Vegetable Soup, a homemade biscuit, corn on the cob, a herb-basted potato and Dixie’s very own Specialty Dessert.

Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction in Branson, MO, also features the "Roman Ride of Fire." It is a special type of trick riding, featuring two horses moving side-by-side with the rider standing astride both horses. The Roman Rider and her team of horses end with an amazing jump through a burning ring of fire.

The 28th season of Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede promises to be the most exciting yet, as all-new sights and sounds create an atmosphere unlike any other! Dolly said,

“I want to dazzle our guests in 2015 with a completely new atmosphere. My team is hard at work creating a new set, powerful new music, lots of amazing special effects and a few other surprises.”

The changes include new state-of-the-art theatrical lighting and sound systems, as well as a new music score and aerial act. It marked the largest upgrade and investment in the show since it opened in 1988.

While there are a number of changes, the heart of Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede remains—its top notch cast and 32 magnificent horses and fabulous four-course feast.

The Dixie Stampede Christmas spectacular is the show to see during the holiday season in Branson, Mo. Folks who visit Dixie Stampede are amazed by the unbelievable makeover. Christmas at Dixie including the full-scale living Nativity, holiday decorations, music and a visit from Santa. Of course, we also serve a four-course yuletide feast!

Opening Thursday, October 30, 2014, Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction transforms into a beautiful Christmas spectacular. Dolly said,

"Christmas is my favorite time of year, full of fond family memories. We celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. I can't wait for folks to experience this special holiday show - it's going to be magical."

Christmas at Dixie features a seasonal twist with a friendly rivalry between the North and South Poles, plus equestrian feats, music, comedy, and audience participation. Celebrating the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus is brought to life with Mary, Joseph, the wise men, and a living Nativity of live camels, donkeys, and sheep. Of course, no Christmas would be complete without an appearance by Santa himself aboard his sleigh, as Dixie’s 1100-seat arena is transformed into a winter wonderland of freshly fallen snow.

Christmas at Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., opens for 26th season

Guests get a taste of a Smoky Mountain Christmas at Dolly’s Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge, TN. In its 26th season, Christmas at Dixie begins with Dolly reminiscing about the Christmases she spent growing up in the Great Smoky Mountains as snow gently falls in the 35,000 square foot arena.

From there, Dolly’s entire Dixie Stampede cast joins in the fun. Thirty-two magnificent horses and dozens of performers take guests on a nostalgic holiday adventure. The celebration is complete with a breathtaking, live Nativity scene, the Sugar Plum fairy bringing toys to life, Christmas music, some friendly competition between elves from the North Pole and South Pole, and, of course, a four-course holiday feast for the family.

Christmas at Dixie Stampede is presented from November to January each year.

On SENIORextra Day at Dixie Stampede, Dolly's invites seniors to a special day focused on health and wellness

Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede is making seniors a special offer in 2014 by hosting Tennova SENIORextra Day during the last week of September.

SENIORextra Day at Dixie Stampede is set aside for seniors and their families. It includes a complimentary health and wellness fair. Seniors will have access to health screenings and services, as well as special offers from local retailers.
